Task Manager after WM 6.1 update???

Okay does anyone else have this problem? Ever since I did the update on my Mogul to WM 6.1 my task manager keeps disappearing from the top right corner! I have to be keep doing soft resets to get it back and then it disappears again! Any idea on how to fix this! I will greatly appreciate it!
