Problem with my Mogul
 

What do I do when my mogul's down key, some keys on the keypad, and the screen is sometimes unresponsive? I have Sprint and they told me to talk to HTC, HTC said that it is sprint's branded phone so it is their problem. I call sprint and they say nope it's HTC's fault and I don't know what to do. It has been almost a year and I want to get this replaced. What do I do?

Service plan replaced mine last week, through Sprint store. 11 month old phone
