Start Menu Sounds?

I was wondering about something while taking a load off today and while browsing through txt message sounds. Does anybody think it is possible to have sounds dedicated to when you click the start menu on and off or not? Not like the default sounds fom WM5, but the ones like on the game "Metal Gear Solid" where you open the weopon menu and close it. I just think that would be bad***!
