Power Button does not turn on phone

Hey,

So I have two issues my phone will randomly keep resetting on me. sometimes every 5 seconds, then other times it works fine.. (mostly when i plug it in)... and then every single time it goes into sleep mode (the screen turning off) then i press the power button and it wont come back on again but the green light still flashes...
