Can't sync via wireless to exchange

I upgraded to Windows Mobile 6.1 on a Mogul and now I get an error, that does not produce an error number, when I attempt to sync wireless (either over the Internet or the Cell network). Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance!

Update: I can sync my contacts only, if I remove Calander and Email. Once again I need to be able to sync over the wireless connection. Has anyone seen any information on this. I recently upgraded a Touch to WM 6.1 and it worked fine. Thanks for any suggestions.
