Thank you very much for clearing that up for me. What should the Windows Mobile "Network Log On" settings be?

UPDATE: Nevermind I just used my msid information to fill in both. And for anyone else with this problem I used my MSID@uscc.net for the username, and my MSID for the password. Thanks again guys!

I am working on the same issue. I have a USCC Titan as well. My MSID number is a telephone number that I do not recognize, should it be my cell number? I tried calling the MSID and it says that this number has been disconnected.

Your MSID is your 10 digit phone number

yes ,that is the biggest problem out there,the hex must be CAPS !!!!!!
lots a people have the rught settings but no CAPS so the auth fails.
