Need Help with GPS after updates

So I have updated to the SPL-2.40 Olipro and updated the radio ROM to 3.42.30 and used the PPC Kitchen selecting the GPS Rev. Phone still seems to work but still can't access the GPS. Installed about 5 tools to monitor the GPS and none work. I have it set to com4 like the instructions say.

What am I doing wrong. I don't have the 6.1 update. I am not sure what other info will help. I have spent two days reading through the forums and reading manual that people have posted.

I am new to this type of hacking so please don't burn me too bad, thanks
