Usefulness of Sprint TV

I recently upgraded to a ppc6800 from a 6700. In a previous post comparing the two, I indicated that I did not think that Sprint TV was very useful. I want to revise that somewhat. We recently made an over 6 hour drive with one of the kids. During the entire drive, he enjoyed watching cartoons that are part of the basic channels. I was amazed that the battery lasted that long with an EVDO connection. Since we were on interstates, the reception was good the whole way.

What was the average battery drain the entire time?

Re: Usefulness of Sprint TV

Don't know what the average drain was, but the battery went from approx. 100 to 10 with 4.5 hours of actual Sprint TV. The 6800 also appears to lock up a lot less than the 6700, especially during mail synching.
