Need Help Programming Titan 6800
 

I recently purchaseed a used htc titan 6800 that was initially a Sprint phone, but I was told it has a bad ESN and can't be used with Sprint network in the US, but could be flashed to most any CDMA network. My local network here in Oklahoma (Pioneer Wireless) said they could not program because they did not have the software to flash the phone and therefore the phone would not be able to recognize the Pioneer Wireless network settings. Is there anything I can do to make this phone work on my local network or do I just need to give up and find someone else that could use it on a bigger network?

Pioneer wireless? This phone is unlocked so it can have any rom for the 6800 put on it. What I would do is call back but just say that you are a prospective new client and are interested in the 6800 the offer, then ask for what support they offer for the phone, ask how can you download the stock rom that came with the device they sell. If you can download the stock rom from pioneer, the phone being unlocked will allow you to flash it. I would mabye make another thread and name it "Pioneer wireless 6800 rom HELP". By the way this is Blazersst69 from ebay.

I called them back and talked to a new technician and he said they could program it as long as it had the original htc generic load on the phone. I also started a new thread Stock or Generic ROM for titan 6800. Thanks for the help.
