Re: ringtone help
Well, I just finished ssearchign this forum to find a solution to your problem but it appears to my eyes that no one has really discussed this much, I guess.
I'll direct you here, this page is a great guide. http://forum.xda-developers.com/arch.../t-319300.html I love my keyboard sliding tones.. haha. I made one that sounds like a pants zipper. |

Re: ringtone help
Xda is a great site but if you would like to stay here and search in house (The Geeks) look at this discussion HERE.
There are also some different slide sounds people made I think posted through out the thread.

Re: ringtone help
There are some free media converters out there to convert to diff formats. Do a search on google for mobile media converter. It is free and works well.

If you use Audacity make sure you also get the LAME MP3 encoder to encode wav to mp3's When you say "browes" do you mean browse your registry? If yes the you need a reg edit program. I use MemMaid but I'm sure there are free ones. Start by looking in Commonly requested & popular software/applications for Registry Editors. Last edited by Lsme420; 07-06-2008 at 03:23 PM. |

Re: ringtone help
I use audacity to make my ringtones. As a converter I like the Mobile Media converter because you can drag and drop. Performs the conversion very fast.
