camera problem
 

when i take pictures with settings on storagecard the pictures don't show-up. goto pic. i just took it says " unable to open this type of jpeg file" if setting on main memory all good. called spint tec. he says could be bad card, says he never heard of this. main mem. good card no good. any answers??????

just go to programs.>file explorer
the first thing you`ll see is ,program files. tap on it then you will see .

.Program files
_____________
Storage card
that means your memory card is working
close everything
go to programs>pictures & videos
you`ll see My pictures .tap on it .tap storage card ,all the pictures are there
if you don`t see. storage card, then your card is no good.

i want to goto camera and save directly to memory card. pics. don't show unless i save to device. is this normal. when i fist got phone, it worked. phone is stock.

goldentiger, did what you said and all pics. are on divice only. opened storage card and saw bunch of folders, is this right? i want pics. to go straight to mem. card from camera.

Open camera , tap on the little square. that looks like a memory is the one on top of the screen .

that's where the problem is, when i set to memory from the camera and take pictures they show a black box with a circle and a line through it. when i tap on box it says " can't open this type jpeg file" again there's no picture even there, just a black box. and if i leave camera and go anywhere else like music store come back black box is also gone, but pics. stored in main mem. are there.?????????

i hope im explaining this right. take picture, picture goes to memory card. damm camera
