Question Sms And Picture ID In WM 6.1

in windoes mobile 6.0 when i received a text message from some 1 that i had a picture assigned to their contact it would show the same with the palm threaded sms but the 6.1 dosent have it is there any 1 to get it on or do i have to install the palm thread again????????

It is what it is. If you want the extra eye candy, you'll have to switch back to the Palm app.

Unhappy Re: Sms And Picture ID In WM 6.1

I'm not too fond of this 6.1 threaded either vs codys but it's better when using touchpal or most on screen keyboard where it doesn't cover the screen. I certainly miss the quick "dismiss" button and the smileys a little though.

lol i went back 2palm sms its faster and alot nicer da stock 6.1 messaging is too simple and its annoying me but i wish i could change the background color of the palm sms to a different color not feeling the blue ahh lolsz

Yeah I miss the dismiss button and the smileys too, but I enjoy having a native solution and a soft keyboard that doesn't cover the app.

Another thing I don't like about the 6.1 threaded sms is it doesn't show the DATE on the text msgs, only the time. So if you keep your msgs for more than a day, you can't easilly tell what day a particular msg was rec'd.

It's the other way around for me. I see date but not time.

Edit: actually i see time for the ones for today and yesterday and anything before that is all dates.
