How do I unlock a Mogul for flashing

Here is my story - I am a cheapskate ... I use Metro PCS (its cheap and works well in the Atlanta area). I waited patiently and finally they support other phones. So I just bought a Mogul on Ebay for a great price. The phone works great and fits all the requirements that I need in a SmartPhone. To my disappointment the carrier could not flash the phone and said that it was locked.

Here is my question. - Can anyone help me get the phone unlocked so I can use the darn thing?
