battery icon not on top menu on new rom

so the battery icon that has been on every single rom ive ever used isnt there, and i am also unable to adjust my by backlight anymore...

what could the culprit be?

I haven't fixed the backlight thing yet----but the battery I have....

It's the HTC Home Customizer-----uncheck a setting in it that wants to "display the clock with next appointments" in the Title Bar

It's in the preferences of Home Customizer
