6800 only vibrates when it should ring and vibrate?

Hi folks.

I'm running stock rom with HTC Home. I also have a meeting set on my phone from 8:30 to 5:30 and set it to busy on the weekdays so it only vibrates during work. (During this time, the indication shows vibrate/silent mode)

When I get a call during work, it goes through some cycles of vibrates and pauses. However, outside of the work schedule, the indication shows that its in ring mode, and when I get a call, it just vibrates (with no pauses) and does not ring.

When I go and test out the ringer, I hear it, it just doesn't ring when it is supposed to.

Anyone have any ideas?
