Mogul sync problems?!?

I am in need of a hard reset on my mogul but when i synced it to my pc it won't let me send my contacts through i tryed to check the box to add it to syncing but it won't let me do so. I've been searching blobs to find the reason for this. help will be appreciated thanks

Wihch check box have you tried? The USB to PC under Settings->Connections? That one usually solves the connection problem for the most part. If not, you can download the PIM Backup utility which will allow you to backup almost everything important on your phone except for the files you've added yourself such as themes or word/excel docs, etc.
