Mogul Test rom Problem Maybe?

I just installed the beta windows mobile 6.1 test rom. And for some reason I am having trouble playing Machines at War it wont let me click on anything in the game. But when i went back to the stock 3.35 rom it let me. Any one else have this problem?

I have problems with the today screen, and messaging. When I scroll down on the today screen, it won't stay put. It jumps back up to the top. When in messaging, the edges can be cut off, or they will be a double image of one side.
