BLuetooth rearview mirror car kits - thoughts/recommendations?

I stumbled on these while looking for a way to play A2DP music through my FM in the car. I like it in concept but wonder if they are worth a crap.

My ideal one would allow me to play a2DP audio, make handsfree calls, display caller ID on the mirror and even allow for headset use.

Anyone using these? Thoughts? Recommendations?
