Voicemail problem

Hey i received a voicemail yesterday and it is still saying i have one. The notification still is at the top of the phone saying i have one new voicemail. I have checked it and erased it but it is still there. I tried turning off the phone and also giving the phone a soft reset. I dunno what else to do.

Any suggestions? Have u guys had the same problem?

If so how did u solve it?
