d-pad fall out

well my d-pad falling off, and i unlocked my phone, running sprint 3.35.04 with dcd 3.1.2, i was reading about relocking it

Titan_Relocker.exe is still on the FTP, but i removed this link because i want to make something abundantly clear first:
DO NOT USE THE RELOCKER FOR ANYTHING RELATED TO GPS ROMS, OR REVERTING BACK AFTER GPS UPDATE.

i need to try and get a new phone cause i have only had it for lil under 2 months. any advice guys since, point out in the right direction. would apprecaite it dearly since you guys are my heros!
