Ram & Voice Speed Dial - Mogul

Can anyone confirm that the Ciberon Voice Speed Dialer included in the 3.35 ROM is a memory HOG and leaks rapidly! When I use my Bluetooth headset and voice speed dialer, my RAM decreases from 20mb down to 6mb. I have to soft reset on average 2-3 times daily. RAM does not seem to leak as much when I do not use the voice speed dialer.
Does the MS Voice Command Dialer work any better??
