AnthaVPN wifi stays up!

Hello all,

I've been having this issue for the past couple days now. I currently have AnthaVPN installed and it works fine I connect to my companies network. It's just whenever I do a soft reset on my mogul, it always starts up with the wifi enabled. It's weird because I have the wifi switch set to off. I then check the wireless lan settings and it shows up that the drivers are not loaded either. BTW I’m using no2chems rom build 5066. I doubt it’s the rom because I’ve had this issue with dcd’s and the stock sprint roms. I don’t know if it’s just vpn software in general because the same happens with bluefire..bluefire just makes your device unstable lol. Any advice?
