Getting Few Errors, need ideas/help

1. Im trying to move files (jpg, doc, mp4) on the phones memory to my PC harddrive but I get an error pop up saying "check if you have sufficient memory on the phone, or check if the file is read-only" None of these are true after looking, I tested it out by trying to move a file from the memory card while connected with activesync and the same error pops up. any ideas?

2. In my emails im trying to download jpg's (100% they are jpg's) but I get an error now saying the "file is of an unsafe type. messnger will not download" I use to download jpg's all the time. any ideas what to do? last resort is to just hard reset and see if that will solve but then i lose all my files on the phones memory.
