Sticking with it???

So my titan has the lovely "burn" mark on the lower left part of the screen and i have had it replaced under warranty 2 times already and am receiving my 3rd one this week. But if this one doesn't work Ill have the chance to choose a new phone, which would be the touch. My question is is it worth it??? i know ill lose the Rev A but what else, what do i gain other than more memory? does the alltel version have internal gps? hows the interface with only 2 buttons on the face of the phone? so just thoughts ideas kitchen info... anything really to help me in this choice
