Bluetooth issue with the new 3.35 rom

To start off... I bought my mogul in october, and until this rom update, I had stuck with the 2.09 rom that came with my phone. I was being "patient" waiting for the mythical Official Rev-A update to come out because there seemed to be so many other issue with the inbetween roms and i seemingly didn't have any problems with the rom that was already on the phone.

So anyway, before hand, with 2.09 i only used my bluetooth for 2 things... My headset HT820(which worked PERFECTLY) and tranferring my hundreds of phone contacts from my old phone(sanyo M1), i had tried to pair it with my tom tom gps and it didn't work, but i assume that that was an issue with tom tom and not the phone. but here's where the problem came in. When I updated to 3.35 i THOUGHT that i had saved my contacts with active sync, i didn't(my fault), but that was fine because i still have all of my contacts saved in my M1. So when i tried to send the contacts via bluetooth at first the M1 couldn't find the mogul so i turned the bluetooth off and back on on the mogul and it came up... but then, once paired it would never find the phone again. it would tell me to make sure that the bluetooth was still on. And since i've notice that the phone either will not pair period, or once paired will not be visible after words with anything except my headset... Any suggestions, or is anyone else having the same issue.
