Re: Looks like SprintTV is working again on Mogul

I have a question for the people who already subscribed to one or both of the premium channels. I accidentally signed up for the Sprint Premier channel a few days before my billing cycle ended. The Sprint employee said it would be prorated, but its not. It's been 15 billing days since my last cycle and I still receive the premier channels and I didn't subscribe to them this month. I also looked on my current usage and I am not being charged for any premium service.

I was wondering if anyone else is getting the channels after subscribing for only one month w/o being charged? I am using the Sprint-Titan version.

Does anyone know how to unsubscribe for real? I accidentally subscribed last month and unsubscribed immediatley, however, I was still charged.

I called Sprint and they credited me the $7.95 but the rep was totally confused and didn't know how to remove this from my account.

Re: Looks like SprintTV is working again on Mogul

Check your current usage for any premium charges to see if it will be on your bill for this month. It should not show up if you unsubscribed last month like I did. Sprint will charge you even if you subscribe and unsubscribe in the same day. After you unsubscribe, sprint told me that the subscription expires at the end of your billing cycle and you have to resubscribe to it the following month if you want the channels again. You can always call Sprint to see if anything is on your account this month to make sure its gone.

Update

You can also unsubscribe using Sprint's website:

1. Log on to http://www.sprint.com
2. Enter your username and password and click "Go".
3. Click on "My Content?.
4. Click on "Applications? at the top of the page.
5. Click on application.
6. Click on ?Unsubscribe?.

I am unsure if this works, but that was in an email from Sprint.

Re: Looks like SprintTV is working again on Mogul

This is what the Rep tried to walk me through when I called. However, there were no applications showing there. During the call I received an text message that stated "you have unsubscribed from all programs". He said this should confirm that I won't be charged next month. However, I still have premium channels availabe when I start Sprint TV. No matter how many times I unsubscribe via Sprint TV after I close and reopen the application it shows I have premium channels available.

Yea, that is happening to me also. I don't think I am being charged. I'm sure these problems will be fixed when the official rom is released.

Re: Looks like SprintTV is working again on Mogul

What is the difference between tv premiere, sprint tv & premium channels??

I see that Sprint has 2 different types of tv pkgs & also 2 types of music pkgs.

tv
tv premiere

music
music premiere..

So if u pay for the tv premiere... Does that include the premium channels??

If it does....
Why isn't that included w/ the simply everything plan. If it is a service that Sprint offers shouldn't the SEP cover that as well??

Re: Looks like SprintTV is working again on Mogul

Looks like Sprint changed something with the subscription. I was getting the Premiere service for free, but now it is fixed. The free channels have changed also. The news channels are gone from the free list. I hope they at least come back because that is all I really wanted anyway.
