Does it matter which one I install it? Thanks guys

Re: Installing programs on the device or Storage card?
Personally, I like to install minor programs (games, simple apps) onto my card just to keep space on the phone for stuff that might actually need to be installed on there. Programs like TCPMP, with its many tendrils that reach into the phone to give it extra functionality like YouTube, I will install completely on the phone. This is someone coming from a Q though, so I don't know what to do with all this internal memory. :-P
But as for if it matters, that I guess really depends on the program. I've seen some programs that explicitly say you MUST install on the phone for them to work properly. My take on this is that if it doesn't have that disclaimer, it's really up to you. |
Re: Installing programs on the device or Storage card?
I asked this question a long time ago and discovered that its better to install to the device performancewise, your phone reads the main storage first and then the card causing some unstability or errors in time if installed there, i got everything installed to the device and havent had any problems, but then again i agree with the preveous post, if you want to economize storage memory you can install secondary programs such as games to the card. but programs installed to the device run more stable than to the card.
hope this helps |
