Sprint On Demand Cab

I have the new rom along with total commander...Tried to remove the On Demand cab file and it would not let me. Keeps saying File cannot be deleted. Tried installing it, and uninstalling it and then deleting the cab and still nothing. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of it. Looks like its taking like 332k of space
