Lose internet when connected with USB

No idea why this happens, but when I connect to either my work or home PC using the USB cable, I lose my internet connection completly.

I assume it's trying to use the PC's internet connection but is failing to do so. Either way, I would want it to use the dialup connection.

Is there a setting or something I can change to prevent this from happening?
