mogul telenav problems

I am using a mogul ppc-6800 with the new rom flashed for sprint. I had telenaev working fine until a week ago or so and now it loads, finds gps then gives me a sorry there's a problem error and sends a report to microsoft then closes. any ideas on a fix? thanks

uninstall then reinstall is the only thing i can think of

disable the MS reporting feature.
