activesync not detecting my mogul
I just hard resetted my mogul, and my computer's activesync will no longer detect it when I connect it via USB.
I tried it on my brother's computer, however, and his activesync detects my mogul. any help? |

don't think I have a profile on my ppc, I deleted the one in my activesync and it still won't detect my mogul

On your Mogul - Start > Settings > Connections > USB to PC and uncheck the box.

Mine was also not detecting. I uninstalled 4.5 and re-installed and deleted the folder on my desltop. I should've just checked here 1st! Now it works after unchecking the box. So if we ever do a hard reset I gotta remember to uncheck the box if Active sync is not recognizing the phone?
