HELP!! Brand New MoGuL (Third mogul)

So i had to advanced exchange my third mogul because my talk button stopped working and some of the other soft keys i got a referb last time but this time they sent me a brand new one in the box! (sweet!) and what's even crazier is that it came with the 2.17 software not the 2.16 but the camera doesnt work and it wont set up a new e mail?! any help?!
