Poll: Does your Mogul have Pocket PC on faceplate!

I just had my Mogul replaced Friday. The previous one did have the Pocket PC brand and the new one does not. The whole feel of the phone is a bit different, almost as if the finish is different. The buttons don't feel as good but I have to say they are more responsive than my previous. Biggest gripe about the new one is that my stylus will not come out or go in smoothly at all.

I like the feel/finish of the non ppc-branded one but the Qwerty on the PPC branded one was of better quality by far.

the QWERTY on the non-PPC branded one seems "Cheaper" IMHO or "coarse" as a member here (in another thread) once described, in which I also agree.

My first one did. I got it the week they first came out (my Treo crapped out for the 2nd time so they sent me a Mogul)...the USB port on it died, and my replacement didn't have it...I can't tell a difference...

My original from July of '07 had it, but I had to get a replacement around October, and now no Pocket PC. For what it's worth, I've never noticed a difference. But I wasn't trying to find a difference either.

My Wife's Mogul says "Pocket PC", but mine does not. I got mine at The Spritn store in the Middle of October, my wife's from Radio Shack at the same time, but it probably was older than that.

Mine is less than a month old with no PPC. Purchased at Alltel retail store. All buttons click.

I have both, a Pocket PC branded and a non-Pocket PC branded. Both are brand new. For some reason when I originally ordered mine a week before it came out, Sprint screwed something up and finally decided that I should have two for one. So I've have one still in the box. And the other one, I got replaced just recently for a new one (non Pocket PC branded).

In my opinion, I think they are both I identical. Just for comparison purposes, I took my Pocket PC one out of the box finally and compared them...from what I saw,

-the buttons and everything seem exactly the same.
-Stylus is much better in the non-Pocket PC branded one because the Pocket PC branded one, the slider doesn't come out fimly---its just kinda lose. I had that issue with my original Pocket PC branded too.
-The screen in the Pocket PC branded one is noticably brighter than the new non-Pocket PC ones. I made sure that all brightness settings were equal.
-The Keyboard slide in and out are almost identical.

So I think I like the brighter screen in the Pocket PC branded one but with the stylus being lose-feeling (which will eventually give out and not stay in or come out loosely), I woudl rather stick with the newer non-PPC branded ones.
