Mogul Help Needed

Yesterday I installed the HTC MOgul Upload from the HTC Website. I am a SprintCUstomer. Now (2) two things are happening that weren't before: (1) My phone seems to go into a frozen stage when it sits on the charger overnight or for a long period of time. (2) When typing text, it seems like the keyboard sticks and you have to type text msgs like an old lady??

Anyone experiencing the same problem or got some recommendations?? Help this Mogul USER . . . THAT's Fairly new!
