You need Pocket RAR for your phone if you want to open up a .rar file, after you open that then you could install the .cab

but i couldnt ...anyone can make one for me ? achmed the terrorist Jeff Dunham Character ...i want when it opens it say "silence" and when it closes i want it to say "i kill you" ...lol ...message me ..thanx

I have made a small update to this cab and changed out the Gun Shot with Achmed the Dead Terrorist. I have also updated the first post with this info.
