Nationwide Alert regarding Data
 

Just got off the phone with Sprint. I (like several others) have been experiencing error 67 and 1012 throughout the day today. They told me that they've currently got a nationwide alert out regarding data on phones and that they're "working on it."

Yeah all that blocking of picmail must be a real load on the servers ;)

I had these issues earlier. re-provisioned the data and all is well.

I've been having these problems all day long here in San Diego. Randomly connects.

It's been solid whenever I've utilized it (only random email updates, an OTA calendar sync, and some SSH to a server to do a quick website tweak while meeting with a client).

Roger that. I was having trouble around 1pm PST and around 3pm I re-provisioned the data services and I've had no trouble since then.

I had the same problem starting Monday. Called Sprint as well and he put me through instructions to update my phone. He said that it was a network and server issue but didn't mention it was a wide spread thing. Unfortunately he couldnt fix the issue for me and sent me to the damn sprint store which was a BAD idea because they did a hard reset on my Mogul and told me the problem behind me getting error 67 (user and pass are invalid) was because i had a bunch of third party software on my phone. So i lost all my apps and what not. What ever the reason.. my phones is back up and working.

Phone dealer stores are like car dealerships working on cars. its always some **** wrong that you did although you probably know more about your own **** then they do.
