Odd Voicemail behavior (Vzw stock ROM)
 

I'm an XV6800 user and I've got odd voicemail behavior.
1) when connecting I first get a loud ding-ding-ding before the dial tone every time
2) whenever I exit (either end or * ) my phone enters and emergency mode and I have to tap an exit button.

My phone is stock ROM with all recent updates. I haven't changed the dailer because I had issues using the touch one.
