Mogul not waking up for notifications

I put my mogul to charge at night when i go to bed and it doesnt wake up for the alarms or calls i have to soft reset in the morning and then the alarm sounds what can be the problem for this it started 2 days ago when i installed.

And also when i try to put the setting to roaming only it doesnt pick up any signal. i have the new rom 2.17

I would guess one of the HTC programs, unless they're built in I always run into some problem with them.

Is the device waking up when you hit the power button?

did you do the latest official upgrade from HTC? they specifically fix this issue of alarms not going off when plugged in. just check their website.

no it doesnt wake up when i hit the power button either i have to soft reset and i have the rom 2.17.
