Help Mnay Issues with Mogul

I have had problems with my Mogul with activesync. Intermittently when I try to sync the phone freezes and erases all of my contacts and the calender. Then activesync won't open. Sprint told me to unintall activesync and reinstall and I did that but it happened again. I took it to Sprint and they told me it was because I had third party software installed. I had On Demand and Yahoo 2 go and a picture dialer. Has anyone heard of such a problem? They recommended that I erase all programs and hard reset.

This sucks of I can't put any software on this thing. I wanted to put something on that would allow me to watch you tube. Anybody have any luck with that?

Also, intermittently, my phone doesn't ring, the screen ligts up with no sound. I have to do a soft reset.
