Voice /Data Roaming in nyc radio 3.27

Anyone in NYC able to use voice/data roaming after upgrading to 3.16 rom which includes radio 3.27. Did it work right after doing the rom upgrade? Or did you have to call sprint to do a HLR reload or call them for a adjustment of the HSA flag.

what's good (from bk but now moved to md for work/school)....after upgrading to radio 3.27 last month i've been unable to voice/data here in the washington dc area.....used to work before radio upgrade but not now...been looking for a solution since the upgrade....(i'm always in a sprint service area...but its nice to have the capabilities of roaming too.)
