email reg export help

Hey guys, i am trying to export my email settings from my registry so i can hopefully either make a cab of them or find a way to prevent myself from always having to manually entering them when i do a hard reset. The thing is i dont know where to look in the reg. to find the correct keys for my email settings. Can anyone help me. Thanks
