Mogul esn to m300

Hello everyone i know that there is a thread about the cloning of a 6700 esn but i am looking at how to clone my moguls esn to that of an m300. The reason for this is so that i can have a small phone to make calls with and text with when im on the go or out in the clubs and then the mogul for the rest of my needs. I know that people think that this is illegal although it really isnt because i own both phones and they both have working esn's. I just want it so that i can turn one phone on and it will work and turn the others off. Lemme know if you have any helpful hints on how to do this
