Bell Mobile Internet

Hi

We just change my old PPC 6700 for an PPC 6800 the mobile internet working fine on my PPC 6700 but Bell Mobility say the PPC 6800 are not compatible with mobile internet. We not able to connect to the internet and my phone is on 1X most the time sometime on EV we do not belive Bell for that if they work with PPC 6700 i supose is work with the PPC 6800 please help me
