They "should". But if you read their agreement, SPRINT will do returns for the first 30 days of purchase. After that, you are on the manufacturer's warranty for the device - which usually defaults to 1 years from date of purchase.

Chances are they (the manufacturer) will replace your device with a different one - possibly a refurb. If you have to send your device in for them to do it, see if you can have them send you an advance replacement first. They may ask for a credit card number to make sure you dont keep moth units. Once you rcv the new unit and it IS fully functional, send the defective unit back. That way you are not left without a phone.

yea i have the same problem with my keys also, I have to press them hard. my question is I have no2chems rom and the new radio,do i hav to flash back to the old radio and rom if i wanna take my phone to the sprint store and get it swapped?
