White LED light?

My mogul just had a stagnant white light on the left LED for a minute or two. I was wondering why. I checked the instruction book and it said nothing about a white LED. It was the test rom BTW.

Just curious.

just kidding. i had no idea there was even a white led. send a pm to nu2chem. he's created a great new program that controls the leds and maybe he might have some incite on the white led you have.

I posted this in the nueLED thread... It would seem maybe (just maybe) the left LED has the ability to display Red, Green, and Blue, which together would appear white or close to it. I am hoping that the development of nueLED will move the full customization of the led's closer to reality.

I want that white led! It would be perfect for charging indication... Miles better than amb(er)oring!

the white LED would be cool. White for signal Blue for Bluetooth. Awesome

Thats true, red + blue + green = red.
Unless it has like, a white light and it covers it with red, blue, or green and mine just didn't get that transparent cover for some reason.

I was on the phone for like an hour with the stock headphones while it was charging just so everyone knows.

And the white light was pretty. It had a slight blue color temp. to it. Kinda looked like a blue glow on a white light.

i have had this happen before also when on my phone taling over the aspeaker phone while charging and i staye that way for round 30 minutes... next time i wil take a snapshotif it ever happens again.

I have also had this white-ish LED come on for me before. The only times I have ever seen it show up, were times I had left the device sitting on the dashboard in my truck in the sun for too long. I had just figured it was a blue LED that was screwed up from being overheated... I would almost be willing to bet that this is more of a malfunction than it is a feature. More research will definitely be required here.
