So...for anyone keeping score at home...here is what we have as far as HTC/Sprint Rumors...

2/22 or 3/1 - GPS and Rev A

I read today (howardforums) that at some conference the head of HTC announced they would be releasing video drivers for the mogul.

So...who wants to bet that NONE of this happens?

At this point, my guess is that we will never see any of these things. I believe that Sprint is banking that most early adopters (read: geeks) will be out of their initial 2 year contracts and be ready to move on to a faster upcoming device.

What is everyones guess?

My guess is that if they don't atleast try and compete with other similar technologies (iPhone) then all will be lost. Also, since people are actually working on these projects, I dont see why they wouldnt release them.

Yes, companies NEVER spend millions of dollars on development work and end up not releasing updates.

They will release GPS/Rev A hell we already have the leaked version they are definitely testing it. Video drivers I will believe when I see. Hopefully they are not vaporware either.

I think it's safe to say that if this was announced at a conference, be it tehc or shareholder related, that there would be some sort of press (or even blog) coverage. I think further digging can easily confirm or debunk the video driver issue.
