I agree with all of the rest. HTC Home weather.
My only gripe is that the info doesn't show up for me in the morning immediately--I have to tap on it and wait a little bit for it to reload. It's golden throughout the rest of the day, though.

Try using htc home customizer. it has a search by area code function.
