Considering how badly I've been treated by Sprint CS, I believer her. I now only ever get satisfaction by talking to Vice Presidents. My time is too valuable to spend hours on the phone with their CS department.

Maybe they would change if everyone on these boards stopped calling CS and started calling the VP's instead--for EVERY little problem?

Its kind of funny that the winning bid is $75 more (plus shipping) than they would have paid getting the phone directly from Sprint! (and Sprint has dropped $50 off the price since I bought mine 45 days ago....sigh)
