GPS Tracking - Logging

I am going Int'l in a few days and was wondering if there are any programs out there for WM6P that can essentially send my coordinates at some interval to a website, and/or log them. I have seen various loggers out there, but for some of my Domestic stuff and NA/Int'l travelling I am thnking it would be nice to update a website with my coordinates real-time or near real-time for all to see.
