MMS messages to other carriers...

Does anyone kno the list of carriers MMS servers..??

Like how when to sent a picture mail to sprint u can do
###-###-####@pm.sprint.com

Would it be the same ####@pm.verizon.com, @pm.cingular.com, ect...??

I searched but had no luck, preciate any help... Since our MMS doesn't work anymore without using the email part of the phone, im tryna find out how to send it to the persons numbers still just @ whatever the rest of their phones email is... Thanks..
